Each Zora piece requires over 5 hours of meticulous work inside small, highly specialised Italian ateliers dedicated to corsetry craftsmanship.
Every component is sourced within Italy.
Each swimsuit passes through hand-cutting, manual draping, and precision stitching to guarantee sculpting accuracy and long-lasting elegance.
Our exclusive tri-layer construction is mastered by only one atelier in the world, applying couture techniques to swimwear with uncompromising quality.

Behind the Seams
- 8 flexible memory stays
Distributed across the front, sides, and back for sculpting support (27 cm stays, total 2.16 m of boning channels).
- 4.5 meters of premium Italian fabric
Each Zora piece requires approximately 4.5 metres of fabric, combining a sculpting corset base, a second-skin technical lining, and an Econyl® outer layer that refines the silhouette and supports posture.

Care & Warranty
Care instructions
- Rinse in cold water after each use.
- Hand wash gently with mild soap.
- Lay flat to dry in the shade to preserve elasticity and colour.
Manufacturing warranty — 1 year
We repair, free of charge, any stitching, boning, or fastening defect within 12 months of purchase.
Excludes normal wear, misuse, machine washing, or corset alterations.
Suit must be returned clean and intact.

After your order, our atelier reviews your sizing. If a better option is advised, we will contact you before dispatch.
If the piece doesn’t work on arrival, you may request an exchange or a refund.

- Once received and approved by the atelier, we process the exchange or refund to your original payment method.
